The overwhelming success of Earth Hour Los Angeles deserves a shout out for the dedicated efforts of the City of LA and it's various divisions. As yet another action taken by Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and his administration to make LA the greenest city in the nation, their support of Earth Hour through the additional participation of DWP, Public Works, Street Lighting, Council Districts, Green organizations and City and County officials has helped to raise awareness by calling Los Angelinos to action.
