Patrons can choose from this delicious, locally grown, organic/humane menu:Citrus Salad with orange and grapefruit slices, watercress, candied pecans and grapes drizzled with a honey mustard, lavender dressing
Certified Humane Meyer Angus Beef Tenderloin with purple cauliflower and potato souffle, grilled asparagus in a Merlot demi-glaze.
Organic, Fava-bean stuffed, pan-fried Roasted Chicken Breast with baby carrots, lentils and Jus de Poulet.
