It's a new day in America, where service and commitment to change are the prevailing motto. 60 OneMinutes (60oneminutes.org) is offering a cross-media platform for those who care about the most important causes of our day to contribute their creativity, to raise awareness and inspire others to do the same.

The first 60 OneMinute call to action is for Earth Hour with the theme of TAKE BACK YOUR POWER using:

Human Power - for transportation, energy, entertainment, fun
Kid Power - what are your kids saying about green? How have they changed our habits?
Alternative Power - Do you or someone you know use wind, sun, water, other to power their lives? Show us!
Creative Power - Can art inspire us to change? Making this film could be YOUR contribution to the Cause!

A selection of these films will be shown on Current TV starting on March 28th, 2009 Earth Hour Day, through to April 22, 2009 Earth Day. So contribute you creativity to the cause and make a one-minute movie! Go to
